These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern purchases of digital products (the "Products") from morrislane.store (the "Site"), operated by Morris Lane LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company ("Morris Lane," "we," "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

1. Who we are

2. What we sell

We sell digital products, ebooks and audiobooks, as listed on each product page [GLENN TO CONFIRM: titles and file formats]. Nothing is shipped. Product descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but we may correct errors in descriptions or prices at any time before we accept your order.

Apps marked "coming soon": apps shown as coming soon are not for sale, cannot be ordered, and no release date, feature, or price is promised until they are actually offered under their own terms.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown at checkout. You are responsible for any other taxes or fees your bank or country imposes.

4. Orders and payment

Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not see or store your full card number. Your order is accepted when payment is authorized and we send the delivery email or display the download page. We may cancel and refund any order we reasonably believe is fraudulent, in error, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered electronically by download link, shown after checkout and emailed to the address you provide. Links are intended to be available promptly after payment. 6. License to use the Products

When you buy a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use one copy for your own private, non-commercial use, on your own devices. You may not copy, resell, share, upload, publicly perform, post, lend, or distribute the Product or any part of it, remove any notices or watermarks, or use it to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any AI or machine-learning system. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. 7. Refunds

Because the Products are digital and delivered immediately, sales are final except as stated in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

8. Informational content only

The Products contain general preparedness, survival, and self-reliance information. They are not medical, legal, financial, engineering, or professional advice, and they are not a guarantee of any outcome. Activities described can be dangerous. You use the information at your own risk and are responsible for following applicable laws and safety practices, and for consulting qualified professionals where appropriate.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the rights you have under the Refund Policy and any rights that cannot be waived by law, the Site and the Products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morris Lane LLC and its members, managers, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from the Site or the Products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of this may not apply to you.

11. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site: no attempts to break, probe, overload, or bypass security; no automated scraping; no fraudulent purchases or chargebacks made in bad faith; no violation of law. We may refuse service or suspend access for violations.

12. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us first if there is a problem with an order – we will work to fix it quickly. Filing a bank dispute without contacting us first may delay resolution. We may provide your order, delivery, and download records to Stripe and your card issuer to respond to a dispute.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version posted when you order applies to that order. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the update for future orders.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
